Equity Release Product Enhancements
We're excited to announce that as of 9am on Monday 19th June, we're making some changes to our product range...
We're reducing our interest rates, as below:
|Voluntary Select Gold
||Voluntary Select Platinum|
We have also reduced the minimum age from 70 to 60 and increased the LTVs on on Voluntary Select Platinum.
Your clients can access 35% LTV at age 65, 41% at age 70, and 47% at age 75. You can find the full LTV table here.
We're introducing a new product, Lifestyle Gold Plus
The interest rate is 5.45% MER (5.59% AER). LTVs start at 26% (age 60) and reach 46% (age 80-90).
Please see our At A Glance - Interest Rates and LTVs summary guide for full details.
We’ll be withdrawing Lump Sum Gold from the market. Because we've decreased the interest rate of Voluntary Select Gold to match the current Lump Sum Gold interest rate, your clients can now get additional flexibility at the same interest rate as Lump Sum Gold.
For Lump Sum KFIs, as long as the KFI has been generated before 9am on Monday 19th June 2017, we'll accept a linked application at any point - there is no cut off date.
Existing customers will still be able to apply for additional borrowing and will not be affected by this product withdrawal.
For more information
Take a look at our Product Overview and At A Glance - Interest Rates and LTVs summary guides to find our more about our current product range.
All KFIs created after 9am on Monday 19th June 2017 will include the above enhancements.
If you want to take advantage of these changes and have a case that is being processed and has not gone to offer, please email the case details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we've updated our system, you'll be prompted to submit an amended KFI.
We will review applications that have gone to Offer on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if the Offer can be adjusted, any legal work that has taken place may need to be restarted and your clients may need to resign documents and/or revisit their solicitor.
As always, you can get in contact with us by calling 0800 068 0212 or emailing email@example.com.
Thank you for your ongoing support,
