Annual leave Basic entitlement of 24 days increasing with service years (1 day every 4 years) to a maximum of 30 days, plus extra time if working Xmas Eve

Flu jabs Once a year, the organisation arranges for a local nurse to be on site to administer flu jabs to employees
GAYE/Every Penny Counts You can elect to contribute to a charity of your choice directly from your salary through the Give As You Earn scheme, or you can give the odd penny balance from your salary each month which will go to our nominated charity
Healthcare Cash Plan We offer a non-contributory healthcare plan to employees, giving set cash allowances to help pay for a range of routine healthcare expenses
Loyalty awards In recognition of loyalty, we give Loyalty Awards at five-year intervals right up to 40 years’ service

Professional subscriptions Your professional subscription may be paid by the organisation in cases where membership is relevant to your role
Refreshment facilities Free tea, coffee and other drinks available from onsite vending machines
Sick pay scheme After qualifying service of 12 weeks, you may be paid for sickness absence of up to 13 weeks at full pay, 13 weeks at half pay (at our discretion)
