Applying for new role can always be a little nerve-wracking so here are a few Q&As that may help:

Will there be online testing as part of the interview process?

It depends on the role, but sometimes we do use psychometric or capability tests.

What type of interview should I expect?

We want to understand your skills and experiences but we’re also aware that you’re looking to get to know us.  Typically we adopt a competency style interview alongside questions specific to that position. There will also be ample opportunity for you to ask questions. Some roles might also require a test or presentation, but don’t worry, we will give you plenty of time to prepare.

Can I apply even if there's not a current vacancy that matches my experience?

If you have not heard from us within 5 working days following the submission of your application, then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted.
