Lifetime Mortgages

We currently offer five lifetime mortgage product ranges, which have been designed to meet a range of customer needs. You can read about how each product works and the differences between them here.

Lifestyle Options

Our Lifestyle Options are traditional roll-up lifetime mortgages. No payments are made. Instead, the interest is added to the loan each month.

Interest Select Options

Our Interest Select Options allow you to pay off some, or all, of the interest each month. Payments are made by direct debit each month, and allow you to reduce or even eliminate the impact of interest roll-up.

Voluntary Select Options

Our Voluntary Select Options allow you greater flexibility. You can repay up to 15% of the initial loan amount each year, without being charged an early repayment charge. This means that you can pay off all of the interest and some of the capital each year, however you're not penalised if no payments are made.

Landlord Options

Our Landlord Options allow you to release funds from your Buy to Let Property. There are a range of options, which allow you to choose whether you want to service the interest, the interest and capital, or let the interest roll up,
